Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Terms of Payment

30 days from the date of invoice.

2. Cancellations

  • Total Cancellation of a conference or meeting will incur charges as follows:
  • Less than 30 clear days before the first date of the function: 50% charge
  • Less than 14 days: 75% charge
  • Less than 7 days: 90% charge

3. Force Majeure

JQCC reserves the right to cancel or change any booking without liability in the event of damage or destruction of its venue, shortage of labour or food supplies, strikes, industrial action, or any cause beyond its control.

4. Customer Responsibility

The customer shall maintain good order during the function and ensure nothing is done that breaches the law.

5. Deposit Payment

JQCC reserves the right up to 8 days before the function to request a deposit of 50% of the total estimated hire charges. Failure to pay within 7 days may result in cancellation.

6. Complaints

Any complaints must be made in writing within 7 days of the function. JQCC will not consider complaints outside this timeframe and will be entitled to claim the full sum due.

7. Indemnity

The customer shall indemnify JQCC and insure against any claims for injury or property damage occurring during or as a result of the hiring.

8. Parking

No vehicles are to be parked on the premises without prior agreement with JQCC or its agent.

9. Food and Refreshments

No food or refreshments may be consumed at the accommodation except those supplied by JQCC.
